College of the Canyons, Physical Education Addition & Tennis Courts

As an architect with Flewelling & Moody, J. Guadalupe Flores had the privilege of designing a state-of-the-art facility that not only met the needs of the students and staff, but also blended seamlessly with the existing gym building. The one-story (plus basement) building featured a spacious practice gymnasium, modern staff offices, and well-appointed locker rooms and showers for both men and women.

Additionally, the physical education rooms on the main level and the general storage on the lower level provided ample space for equipment and supplies. To top it off, we included five beautiful tennis courts for students and faculty to enjoy. J. Guadalupe Flores was able to create a design that reflected the style and character of the campus, while incorporating all the necessary features to make it a functional and practical space.
